Why a Documentary?
This documentary attempts to explore the BBC’s representation of Hindu and Indian themes via in-depth research and analysis, revealing instances of bias and disinformation and the ensuing consequences for social peace. The documentary attempts to encourage educated conversation and create a more open dialogue on media integrity and accountability by giving viewers a thorough awareness of the subtleties involved. In addition, it aims to start a dialogue on defunding the BBC and removing it from the licence fee, with the ultimate objective of creating a media environment that values truthfulness, diversity, and equitable representation for all groups.
